Mr. Clark brings 30+ years of extensive general management, company repositioning and proven turnaround experience in the energy technology, electrical manufacturing and defense industry sectors. His career spans countrywide assignments with Fortune 50 companies, including Westinghouse Electric Corp. and Thomas & Betts, Inc. He successfully managed a $150M global P&L, served on the management team growing a distressed Silicon Valley firm from $10M to $100M+ and led an award-winning strategic marketing organization for a half-billion dollar division of a major multinational. Mr. Clark has been active in clean tech and distributed energy-related boards, US Department of Energy-related events, and national conferences and associations. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and has completed 4-year and 2-year theological studies programs at St. John Vianney Seminary.

Mr. Fuller is a strategic business executive with a strong financial background and proven track record of leading a U.S. military supplier and global manufacturer. Mr. Fuller is adept in business-growth strategies and being a collaborative leader who leverages financial and commercial experience to drive earnings growth and deliver shareholder value. His broad executive leadership experience includes strategic business planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, business restructuring, financial planning and analysis, government contracts (FAR & CAS), and team coaching and development. Mr. Fuller earned his MBA and graduated Magna Cum Laude at The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Past volunteer work has included the position of President on the Board of Directors for YMCA in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Shaun C Hoskinson is a Lead Software Systems Engineer with expertise in SCADA and networking systems.  In the past 13 years, Shaun has designed systems from simple HMI applications to complex building wide SCADA solutions involving multiple disparate systems.  Shaun has worked with numerous protocols related to the industrial power automation industry, in addition to utilizing industry standards for the design of complete software and networking systems.  Shaun has extensive experience with industry leading communication protocols such as ModbusTCP, Modbus, Allen Bradley Ethernet, OPC, Siemens 3964R, Caterpillar Data Link, and Automation Direct ECOM.   Shaun has commissioned software and networking systems for manufacturing plants, numerous hospitals, data centers, and military installations.

Shaun has a BS in Software Engineering from small Jesuit school named Regis University. 

Shaun is also a certified Indusoft developer and a trained Iconics developer.  He has also completed many continuing education credits for database systems, software systems, and industrial network designs.

Rick Dohmen is a Senior Applications Engineer with expertise in grid connect and islanding paralleling controls and power management for the distributed energy market.  In the past 23 years, Rick has designed and commissioned paralleling systems for military and commercial micro-grid applications, cogeneration plants, data centers, hospitals, wind-diesel applications and a geothermal steam turbine plant.   Rick has additional experience in SCADA systems, power flow and protection coordination studies, switchgear design, reciprocating engine control systems, gas turbine control systems, energy storage, balance of plant controls and excitation systems.

Rick has an Electronics Engineering degree from Southeast Community College in Lincoln NE.  He has also completed several CEU courses including Basler Electric’s Relay Application School and University of Wisconsin’s Interconnecting Distributed Generation with Utility Distribution Systems. 

Ms Freeman drives the business development activities and manages select strategic accounts and projects. Previously, Angie served as director of business development for Oskar-El, a premium electrical control panel manufacturer and industrial automation company located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Angie was responsible for the company’s strategic business development initiatives, key partnerships with companies such as Technip France, Thermon France, COMECA, strategic alliances with companies such as Schneider Electric and Westinghouse, and major projects implementation. Prior to her engagement at Oskar-El, Angie was business development manager for WIRSOL, a global solar energy integrator with over 6,000 installations totaling more than 410 MW. At Wirsol, Angie was responsible for developing the Eastern European solar utility scale market and managing relationships with key commercial customers in the US.

She holds a BA in International Business and MS in both Political Studies and Finance from Sofia University, Bulgaria. She also has an MBA from Colorado State University. She is a native Bulgarian speaker, is fluent in French, English and speaks passable Russian. Angie has lived and worked in France.
